They are completely independent of each other and my understanding is that the church's proposed use is permissive, so no zone change is required. We have mentioned the church's plans to develop that area between the parking lot and La Vida Amena project for a park, play field, prayer garden, etc at the first two facilitated meetings and at the 6 hour EPC hearing. The church elder also mentioned it during his 2 minutes at the EPC hearing. BTW, since you are now the CHCA Pres, we will send you and your other official contact notice via certified mail of our new submittal of La Vida Amena when the time comes to make the submittal to the City.
