A MESSAGE FROM CHCA PRESIDENT

Fellow Cherry Hills neighbors,
FYI, apropos of Hoffmantown Church’s proposed park project, which will be before the EPC next Thursday, Tom and Norma Foster, Gardner Kroeter and I, representing your CHCA Board, recently met at the City Attorney’s Office with representatives of Hoffmantown Church and presented issues that the Board had identified that concerned our neighborhood. As a result of that meeting and at our request, the Church presented us with the attached letters. It is your Board’s opinion that the attached letters represent a good faith effort on the Church’s part to adequately address the majority of the issues that the Board presented concerning the proposed project. Accordingly and in reliance on the representations in these letters as well as on a previous written statement from Consensus Planning (attached), your Board will not oppose the proposed project.
Letter 1 Letter 2 Letter 3

Sincerely,
Howard Thomas
President, CHCH
