CHERRY HILLS AND D4:

CHCA is a dues paying member of the Coalition of Neighborhood Associations - District 4. The D4 meets on the third Wednesday of each month except for December and June.

Representative: Brad Winter

Brad Winter is the senior member of the City Council, serving his second term as the representative of District 4. He is the current City Council President, an office he has previously held twice. Additionally, Brad Winter is the Director of the Capital Master Plan Department of Albuquerque Public Schools. He received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Oklahoma and his Master of Arts and Doctor of Education degrees at the University of New Mexico.
